How much does a flag cost?
Flags come in many sizes and as complexity of art varies significantly, it is impossible to give a costing without knowing and seeing these details.
If you have a design and size in mind and pre-determined art please email or fax the details and we can then give an accurate costing. This can be a rough sketch at the preliminary stage.
How can I keep the cost down?
Other than large volume orders there are some ways to reduce the cost.
A flag is a moving sign or symbol. Therefore it can be hard to read. Use strong logos and colours to quickly identify your company, school, club etc. to attract the attention of the passer by. Long slogans will be lost and hard to read, use these on stationery or fixed literature. The use of the flag is also important, i.e., using it indoors or outdoors can determine the fabric and method we use to construct the flag. Highly complex art such as photo images ( Sirromet) would have to be digitally printed, although most logos and text can be sewn.
Digitally Printed flags will need vector art with all text converted to outlines in ai, eps or pdf files. NO jpegs. If you have PMS colours this will help match the required colours.
Sewn Flags can be produced from simple art such as hand sketches, photos, old flags or business cards. Obviously better art will help reduce the cost.
